On Sunday, December 11th from 10:45-11:45, Kai will be co-hosting a charity fundraiser for The Strong Family. The class will be part "REZIST TRAINING" (high intensity body weight movements with light Dumbbells and Kettlebells) and a YOGA COOL DOWN. The suggested donation is $25 cash and OPEN TO ANYONE! This is a great way to test your GPP- general physical preparedness and mobility!

Help us STOP HUNGER in our Community!

For every pound of donated food we will deduct that amount from the 2000 burpee total.

By December 31st we hope to have donated 2,000 pounds of food. If not, then we will ring in the New Year with the remaining number of Burpees!

For every pound over the 2,000 pound goal, your Shoreline CrossFit coaches will be ringing in the the New Year with overage amount of Burpees.

Items can be left in the box under the front counter. Drop offs to the food banks will be done weekly.
