ALL OPEN WORKOUTS WILL BE POSTED ON SATURDAYS FOR EVERYONE TO PARTICIPATE. THERE WILL BE 3 TIME SLOTS OVER THOSE 5 WEEKS: 700-8:30 am, 8:30-10:00 am, and 10:00-11:30 am. THIS SHOULD GIVE US PLENTY OF TIME FOR EACH WORKOUT.

2000 Burpee Challange

Help us STOP HUNGER in our Community!

For every pound of donated food we will deduct that amount from the 2000 burpee total.

By December 31st we hope to have donated 2,000 pounds of food. If not, then we will ring in the New Year with the remaining number of Burpees!

For every pound over the 2,000 pound goal, your Shoreline CrossFit coaches will be ringing in the the New Year with overage amount of Burpees.

Items can be left in the box under the front counter. Drop offs to the food banks will be done weekly.
