Exciting Fall Announcements!

We have some exciting events approaching this fall/winter!

Shoreline CrossFit is proud to host The “No Baby Leave Your Socks On” all-girls competition along with CrossFit Relentless.  This competition is for both scaled and Rx’d athletes.  It will be Saturday, December 7th, beginning at 9am.  This competition was a BLAST last year (remember the Santa’s sleigh pull?).  There will be 3 definite workouts for all competitors, and a 4th workout for the top five competitors.

The workouts will be:

Workout # 1:
10 OHS 75/45 (scaled)
10 Burpee over bar
8 min AMRAP

WOD #2
In 8 minutes establish the heaviest complex of:
1 Clean+ 2 Front squat+ 1 Jerk

WOD #3
40 squats
20 pull ups/kb swing (scaled)
10 DL  155/105 (scaled there is a typo on the sign up link–these are the weights)
1
0 min AMRAP

Next on the list, we have some exciting CLINICS coming up at SCF during the month of November. These clinics will run on Saturdays from 11-12, and some will have stipulations before signing up (these will be indicated via web). These clinics are FREE to our FULL-TIME members, and only $15.00 for our 4 & 3 day a week members.  This fee must be paid when signing up online.  Here’s what we have in store for you:

Saturday, November 9th-Olympic Lifting Clinic
Saturday, November 16th-Handstand push-up/walking on hands Clinic
Saturday, November 23rd- Double-under Clinic

Coming up in December, we will have a muscle-up & supplement clinic. In January, we will have a Strongman and Kipping/butterfly pull-up clinic.

Look for the links very soon on the website.  Spaces are limited to the first 10-20 athletes that sign-up.  We look forward to working with you!

Thirdly, we have had several athletes approaching us regarding taking their training to the next level.  Many athletes feel that they would benefit from some one-on-one personal training sessions.  These sessions are NOT just for our newer members.  If this is something that you have be contemplating, we have two options for you:

#1- Shoreline CrossFit is happy to announce that we have added a new PREMIUM Package to our membership list.  This package $200.00 per month and grants its user a full-time membership along with ONE personal training session with any of our extremely qualified staff.  Email billing@shorelinecrossfit.com if you are interested in pursuing this membership.

#2-You can purchase any of our personal training packages with any of our talented staff. Think about it, we have Bradley who is very skilled in teaching the Oly lifts, gymnastic skills, and discussing supplements and diet in an extremely thorough manner.  We have Megin, who prior to CrossFit was a Level 7 gymnast, and is a beast in the Oly lifts herself.  Rachel is also very skilled in teaching the gymnastics movements (especially in walking on one’s hands). Shlee has a strong background in training soccer, basketball and lacrosse players, being an ex-collegiate athlete herself.  Both Rilla and Blanco have a strong background in power lifting, Strongman and understanding strength and properly fueling one’s body.  Coach Jess is a certified dietician and very helpful in this avenue that works hand-and-hand with exercise.  She also has competed at the Regional level and understands the demands this requires in training.  Lastly, we have Chu…Chu is a well-rounded coach (as are most of our coaches).  If you want honesty, if you want specificity, if you want to break down your lifts (or any movement), and build them back up, Chu is your man.  Please email
