Shoreline CrossFit kicking off a REALISTIC diet challenge to help you get back on the wagon from the Christmas, New Years, snow day, birthday, I’m depressed, and soon-to-be Valentine’s Day, weight gain. This diet is not quite as strict as some of our past challenges, but by adhering to it you will certainly remain on track and get results.
