The LuRong Summertime Challenge workouts will be posted as the regular workout of the day every Tuesday until the end of the challenge. Each Monday evening, we'll set up a table with updated scorecards, measuring tape, and detailed instructions for the following day. Please review the workout videos and standards in advance to help things move along. Have fun and celebrate every victory along the way!

On-Ramp

Shoreline CrossFit’s On-Ramp program is our unique way of introducing CrossFit to everyone that walks through our doors. Whether you come from a sedentary, active, or an athletic lifestyle, our program is for you.

Currently, our On-Ramp class meets 3 days per week for 3 weeks (totaling 9 sessions). In a class amongst your peers, you will be introduced to the CrossFit Methodology and Principles, the various fundamental moments, Olympic Lifts, and our all inclusive nutrition package.

These classes are held in a smaller group setting and we provide each person with personalized and individual attention to ensure knowledge and safety of the movements. Our On-Ramp program is modeled after our regular CrossFit program to ensure an easy transition once you’re ready to start. We ask that everyone plan on making all 9 sessions if possible.
