The Shoreline Crossfit Athletic Strength and Conditioning program (ASC) is designed with the student athlete in mind.  This program focuses on sport specific strength, conditioning, and agility to allow athletes to reach their full potential.

What makes our program different than all other programs designed toward athletes is that the foundation for our program is based on CrossFit.  With that foundation, our coaches then tailor the program specifically for the demands of the particular sport and athlete.

Crossfit strives to achieve competence in ten areas:

Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.  Each of these areas translates directly to sports and an athlete’s performance on their field of choice.

Our ASC coaches are all Crossfit Level 1 certified and hold other various certifications such as Crossfit Endurance, Crossfit Kids, Rowing, Nutrition, and Power Lifting to name a few.  More importantly though, and credentials aside, our coaches are all athletes and students of their various games.  Our coaches have played sports such as soccer and football at both the high school and collegiate level.  They currently maintain their skills and knowledge by coaching football, soccer, and Brazilian Futsal as well as playing in adult leagues.
