The LuRong Summertime Challenge workouts will be posted as the regular workout of the day every Tuesday until the end of the challenge. Each Monday evening, we'll set up a table with updated scorecards, measuring tape, and detailed instructions for the following day. Please review the workout videos and standards in advance to help things move along. Have fun and celebrate every victory along the way!

SCF Kids Summer 2013

Starting July 1st we will be introducing our SCF Kids summer sessions. We will offer 3, three week sessions.

Session one: July 1st – July 18th
Session two: July 22nd – August 8th
Session three: August 12th – 29th.

Classes will meet on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. 7-11 year olds will meet from 9-10am. 12-16 year olds will meet from 10-11am.

The cost will be $100 for one session, $200 for 2 sessions or $250 for the whole summer. There is a 15% discount for each additional sibling.

Our program will keep your child busy and fit this summer. For those of them that are athletes our summer sessions will help them stay in tiptop form during their off season and gain strength, agility and speed for when they return to their sport. The summer sessions will place more of an emphasis on gymnastic skills, agility and endurance training, and nutrition. (And of course there will be lots of games!)
