OPTION A
Take 3 individual training sessions before jumping into classes.
OPTION B
Take our SCF 101 course offered several times a month (free of charge)
OPTION C
If you have functional fitness experience, jump right into group classes.
Memberships/Training Options:
Part-Time: 3 days a week
Unlimited: 4-7 days a week
Punch Pass: sold in 10+ packs
Personal Training: sold in 10+ packs
