The LuRong Summertime Challenge workouts will be posted as the regular workout of the day every Tuesday until the end of the challenge. Each Monday evening, we'll set up a table with updated scorecards, measuring tape, and detailed instructions for the following day. Shoreline CrossFit’s Endurance Program started in 2009 and is headed by Coaches Rob LaVigne and Doug Johnson. Our program is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving one’s potential. We strive to inspire and provide a community to help everyone reach their unique goals. We use aggressive, yet proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise-physiology, nutrition, and athletic training protocols within our program to improve one’s cardio-vascular endurance (a.k.a “cardio”), thus making him/her better at running, rowing, biking, swimming, and overall better at CrossFit.

CrossFit Endurance was founded by Brian McKenzie and his team in California. His training methods have made his teachings the leader in strength and conditioning for endurance athletes all over the world. Through his guidance, education, and coaching we bring you a program that has been proven time-after-time.
