Personal Training

Shoreline CrossFit’s mandatory On-Ramp class can be tricky with some athlete’s schedules.  Or, perhaps you are intimidated to try out CrossFit for the first time in a class setting.  Or, perhaps you want a skill specific session with one of our coaches.  This is where one-on-one personal training sessions may be the perfect fit.  Whether you are new to our program and just learning the fundamentals of the movements, or have been at CrossFit for some time and need help tweaking your pull-ups, or clean and jerk.  One of our highly skilled coaches would be happy to work one-on-one with you in helping you to achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training in place of On-Ramp:
$240 for 4 sessions ($60.00 per Session)

Private Group Training in place of On-Ramp:
$360 [$90  per Session] (2 people $45 per person)
$480 [$120 per Session] (3 people $40 per person)
$600 [$150 per Session] (4 people $37.50 per person)

Custom Personal Training:
$70 per Session
$630 for 10 sessions (10% discount)
