IF YOU MISSED OUR NUTRITION TALK....

If you missed our nutrition talk, here's a recap what we discussed:

1) Point System 

  • Logging Foods Daily = 1 point daily (7 weekly point potential) 
  • Weekly Workout Points = 1 point daily (6 weekly point potential) 
  • Weekly Challenge Points = 3 points 
  • Total Weekly Point Potential = 16 Points
  • Benchmark Workout Points = Based on Improvement and Leaderboard 
  • Body Scan Points = Based on Improvement and Body Fat Lost
  • Team Points = Based on Teams Totals

2) Discuss Benchmark Workout (forms on desk) 

  • They will be posted as a workout option on both Sunday 2/25 and Monday 2/26
  • You can do them on your own during open gym any day before Tuesday 2/27
  • You must repeat them the same exact way you did them the first time

3) InBody Scans (also see blog post) 

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass
  • Body Fat 
  • Basal Metabolic Rate
  • Visceral Fat

4) Calculating Macros 

  • Age 
  • TDEE / Activity
  • Muscle Mass
  • Goals 

5) All Food Related Questions 

  • "Cheats" and Discretionary Foods
  • Food Timing and Portions 
  • Approved Foods and Meal Prepping  

6) Food and Meal Delivery Services (all in CT)

7) MyFitnessPal

  • Once we send you your Macros, you can enter them in under MORE, then GOALS, then NUTRITION GOALS 
  • Once we assign teams, you can change your diary with your coach by going to MORE, then SETTINGS, then DIARY SETTINGS.
  • YOUR COACH will request by using the email you used to sign up for the challenge. It will require you to approve the request in the app.
