- Logging Foods Daily = 1 point daily (7 weekly point potential)
- Weekly Workout Points = 1 point daily (6 weekly point potential)
- Weekly Challenge Points = 3 points
- Total Weekly Point Potential = 16 Points
- Benchmark Workout Points = Based on Improvement and Leaderboard
- Body Scan Points = Based on Improvement and Body Fat Lost

- Once we send you your Macros, you can enter them in under MORE, then GOALS, then NUTRITION GOALS
- Once we assign teams, you can change your diary with your coach by going to MORE, then SETTINGS, then DIARY SETTINGS.
- YOUR COACH will request by using the email you used to sign up for the challenge. It will require you to approve the request in the app.
